Coffee Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our coffee, all coffee sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any coffee products. However, if there is an error with your order or your coffee arrives damaged, please contact us ASAP. We will make it right!
Merchandise & Apparel Returns
We gladly accept returns and exchanges on merchandise and apparel (such as T-shirts, sweatshirts, mugs, etc.). If you’re not satisfied with your merch purchase, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
To initiate a return or exchange:
Email us at info@wildridgecoffee.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions for returning your item.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or you received the wrong product.
- Once we receive your return, refunds will be issued to your original form of payment within 5–7 business days.
